Majestro-collection has been made by hybrid handcrafting in Finland. We use the aid of advanced crafting technologies and ethically sourced rare materials. Sustainability is our core value and our products aim to be the leader of the industry. The neckwear has an NFC microchip embedded in the wood and it contains information about the neckwear. Every piece is numbered and made individually mainly by hand.
The collection is designed by Hermanni Vuorisalo and made by HERMANDIA.
Every sold Majestro neckwear contributes to Suomen Mielenterveys Ry. We target our aid for their work for the mental health of the children.

We use UPS carbon-neutral shipping through out the world.

METAL:

The silver is cast in Finland. Every piece is made individually with a serial number because of the complexity of the design of the precious metal part.

WOOD:

Black Wood: Bog Oak Wood
Wood is 6450 ± 40 years old – Confirmed by the Kyiv Radiocarbon laboratory based in Kyiv, Ukraine. Natural color comes from age.
Obtained from Ukraine during wartime in 2022, supporting a local business.

White Wood: Flame (Silver)birch
Silver Birch is a domestic(Finnish) wood. It is full of natural waxes that render it waterproof and shiny. It has a beautiful flamed figure across the grain.
Wood is acidulated with a natural lie made from the ashes of birch. The center wood has added titanium oxide to the finishing to give its white pearly gloss.

The finishing of the center wood is made from organic Shellac. It is a resin secreted by the female lac bug on trees in the forests of India and Thailand.

FABRIC:

TENCEL™
The fibers originate from the renewable raw material wood, created by photosynthesis. The certified biobased fibers are manufactured using an environmentally responsible production process. The fibers are certified as compostable and biodegradable, and thus can fully revert to nature.

CASE:

Case of the neckwear is made by HERMANDIA. We use domestic heat-treated birch and domestic sheep skin inside. The stuffing of the pillow is organic linen which is a waste of our production of earrings cases. Additional paper material is FCS certified.
